Default Gold Engine Bolts/ oil plug

Got the kit from OPP racing, 85 bucks and took almost 4 weeks. Def not worth the money or the wait, but here they are.

Word of caution, LOCKTITE.
I did that on my Bandit and was always losing them. They would back out all the time.

I think it is because they are made of aluminum and the heat causes a contraction/expansion issue. At least mine were.

yep, road about 70 miles yesterday, got home and went to put the locktite in. there were quite a few that were not nearly as tight as they were yesterday. Thanks for the heads up man!!!!! Not too happy with the kit, but will continue to swap out some bolts. I have ordered caliper bolts, rear axle nut, head nut, once those are in I am thinking about doing the fairing bolts and then see what it looks like. The engine kit was a bit expensive, but the rest seem to be pretty descently priced. I will order from Pro Bolt this time and see how that goes.

Sorry to say, but it would look a lot better (=good) if there were fewer of them painted gold... Idea itself is nice, but this is an example of "too much"

We will see, I might try some black bolts and see how that looks. I am not realy happy with the color of the gold. It is almost a copper color. Who knows, once I get in what I have ordered I will see what that looks like and go from there. I think the black mixed with the gold might look pretty cool.

K-Gr. your right man, I keep looking at the pics and they stand out. I a going to call Pro bolt now and see about canceling my order. Going to paint some of my bolts black first to see how they look, then order. Thanks for pointing that out man, def too much contrast!!!!

I used black pro-bolts on my old bike and loved the look.
